What is included in the rental?+
All properties are fully furnished and include utilities (within a reasonable cap for monthly stays), high-speed WiFi, and essential household supplies. Our homes are move-in ready — just bring your bags.
Do you work with insurance companies and relocation firms?+
Yes. We specialize in working with insurance adjusters and relocation coordinators to place displaced families and transferring employees in quality temporary housing. We accommodate flexible terms and can handle direct communication with your organization.
What lease term options are available?+
We offer flexible terms from nightly short-term stays to month-to-month corporate arrangements. For insurance and relocation clients we can accommodate longer-term placements with extensions as needed.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days may result in partial or full forfeiture depending on the booking type. Contact us directly for specifics on your reservation.
